This starting happening around Oct. 20th, before then I did not have this issue. Latency is around 50-60ms and packet loss is 0-1% at most before approximately 6 p.m. and after approximately 10 p.m. In that time frame however, latency will spike and remain between 150-250ms and packet loss will spike to 8-15%.The new BGW 320 was installed today and the packet loss issue is still there. Very high ping and latency where basic functions don't work. I've had att fiber since 2019 and this is the first issue like this. I was with time warner/spectrum from 1999-2019 and never had an issue as bad as this. I've rebooted my whole network(att modem, my router, att ont) numerous timesand even re-installed windows.
