Entree: lobster topped stuffed flounder. The flounder was cooked perfectly, was flakey/buttery, and cut nicely. A nice buttery beurre blanc sauce was drizzled on top. There was a generous amount of the lobster. The stuffing was under the flounder. I didn't really care for the stuffing. I think the drink would have been fine without it.
