I'd suggest Flame of the Redmanes. cRPG Bro made a video about a strength build on YouTube. It looks like you only need 2 casts to stagger a boss and you can get 1 cast in, when the boss recovers from critical hits. Flame of the Redmanes is also a good crowd control tool.
