Mar 9, 2014 · Always adjust both screws evenly. Approximately 8 turns out from seated is a good place to start. The air mixture screw leans or richens the air/fuel mix at idle up to 1/8 throttle. Turning the screw in RICHENS the mixture by blocking off incoming air. Adjust yours to 1-1/4 turns out from lightly seated.

I believe this Camoplast track is set up for the 1.97 drivers / Sprockets . I would like to keep this track as I am looking at a re stock fee of $80. plus about $50. in shipping . Oct 30, 2013 · I thought it was odd that some Ski-doo cranks were letting loose at 2500 miles. From researching, many riders were getting 5,000 to even 9,000 miles out of their cranks. Some took the time to remove the PTO seal and grease the bearing, while others did not, and were lucky.
Drill a dozen or so 1/2-3/4" holes across the dash in front of the gauges. Underneath the hood, install a fan or two in the black panel plastic panel that covers the underside of the gauges. Watch the clearance with stuff under the hood, you'll have to find the right spot for the fan (s). Works great!Nov 17, 2008 · Test #1. If you can hold 5 psi for 10 mins with the PTO elbow cap off your inner PTO & MAG bearing seals are good. If air passes through the PTO elbow your inner PTO seal is leaking. There are varying degrees of inner seal leaking, slow leak means it hasn't failed completely but you are on borrowed time. May 9, 2020 · Advise on changing 850 spark plugs needed. A friend asked me if I would service his 2019 850 with 7000 miles on it. He wanted it gone thru thoroughly. Getting it back into shape has be easy except for one thing. One item he requested was that the spark plugs be changed. A G4/G5 fuel pump cartridge includes the pump and a new sock filter. I come from a long run of arctic cats where I could put 5000 or 6000 miles on the motor and never think about taking the top end off. The thought of having to freshen up the motor after each season is a big turn off regardless of the manufacture.
