The no. 1 Glock plate mounts perfectly with the screws in the mount plate package (there are 4, you need 2) and now Vortex also supplies a special additional set of screws and an allen wrench labeled "Glock MOS" that came with the Venom and these two screws work perfectly to mount the Venom to the plate.
