I am scheduled for an oath ceremony at the Fed Plaza in NYC at the end of the month but I have a flight at 2 PM at JFK. How long does the entire ceremony typically take at this location? If it starts at 10 AM, can I expect to leave by noon? I changed my name, if it matters. Not sure whether I should try to reschedule 😕
