Mongo53. Check your coolant level, under the pressure cap on the radiator, not the level on the overflow bottle. And of course, you never open the radiator when the engine is hot, wait till it is cool, you can be scalded opening a hot radiator. At 80+k, it should have been changed. 2) air in the cooling system. 3) faulty thermostat. 4) plugged or partially plugged heater core. (flush just the heater core with CLR) 5) faulty mode control motor or linkage.But anyway I found out recently my heater doesn't work on my b9 a5 coupe. Or rather it only works on the passenger side.
