Post your experiences, tips, tricks, and… Remove and empty the waste drawer and place back in the base unit. Remove both the bonnet and globe, place the bonnet only back on the base and press reset. With nothing touching the base aside from the control panel buttons, press and HOLD the EMPTY & RESET buttons for 5 to 6 seconds or till the red light flashes fast, then let go of the buttons.Disassemble. 1. Turn the base over so it is upside down. 2. Remove the 9 screws connecting the bottom of the base to the top of the base. 1 screw at the back of the unit behind the black cat sensor foot. 3. Gently lift to separate the two halves of the base.
