HDR out of Resolve needs the Studio version, unless you're just doing a straight 2020/P3 conversion. I'm only able to see that checkbox enabled on my Studio system, and not in the Free version. Options are grayed out in Resolve 15. Nothing under View, nothing under Clip, nothing under Gallery. Read the fine manual.
